Jonathan was at my house within a couple of hours after I called about heater not working. He diagnosed the issue & replaced the faulty part in less than an hour. He was very polite & efficient. I will certainly use Scott Service Co. for my future HVAC needs.

I called them about an Hvac issue I was having they came out Jonathan came out with in a few hours and had our system fixed In know time I do residential maintenance for a living so I know how much vendors charge I feel like I got a very fair price and on the spot service I will recommend them to my family friends and the company I work for they get five stars from me definitely highly recommend in my book.

They went way above and beyond!! I recommend them to the highest possible score you could give any company, 1-10, they score 50!!!!!!!? If you don’t use Scott, you will make a mistake.

They were responsive, and serviced quickly. They offered education with repair that way the equipment maintains functioning in the future. You can tell they enjoy their job and really care about the customers.

I have been using Scott Service Company for over a year now. They have been out multiple times for different reasons. I have never received less than 5 star service. They are very reasonable with their prices and always do great work!

We are SO impressed with this company. Wow wow WOW! What an exceptional establishment. We had an issue with our air conditioning unit on the first 80+ degree day of the season, and with two babies under age two at home, I was starting to panic. Scott Services Company was recommended to me by a friend from out of state who used to live in the area and had had a phenomenal working relationship with them. One call to Leah, and we had someone at our house with cool air pumping in under two hours. These people are polite, HONEST, helpful and courteous- they will have our business for as long as we live in the area, and they should absolutely have yours, as well!

I never leave reviews on anything but my recent encounters with this company has me left with nothing but great things to say. Everything from the first call from Leah to the actual service being done by Dylan Hathcock was nice, quick and professional. You can really tell these people actually care about their craft and the people they are servicing. I’ll be using this company for many more years to come and also recommending them to family and friends.

First really hot day of the year and our system went down. They sent Dylan and he was really nice, efficient and professional. AND he found an impending problem with my other unit while he was here and fixed it too. Awesome job. These are my HVAC people now.

I had an exceptional experience with Scott Service Company in Fayetteville, NC. Dylan, the technician who came to fix my AC, went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done efficiently and effectively. Despite me being anywhere between twenty minutes to a hour away when he arrived, Dylan patiently waited for me to get there so he could fix the issue on the same day. His kindness, respect, and willingness to answer all my questions thoroughly, even the ones I felt were silly, truly impressed me. Dylan’s attention to detail and thoroughness in checking every aspect of the HVAC system left me feeling confident in his work. The office staff, including the lovely lady who assisted me, were also incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was amazed by the promptness of their service – they responded to my work order the same day and were at my house in no time. I cannot recommend Scott Service Company enough.
